Funded by the U.S. State Department, The Digital Tools for Open Fiscal Governance project is a transformative initiative aimed at advancing fiscal transparency and accountability in Lebanon by leveraging cutting-edge digital solutions. By targeting both citizens and public officials, the project seeks to address longstanding gaps in fiscal governance through innovative tools and collaborative efforts. Its cornerstone activities include the creation of a National Fiscal Transparency Portal, powered by AI, which will provide citizens with real-time, user-friendly access to government fiscal data. Complementing this, the project will digitize extensive fiscal records, develop interactive educational resources for the public, and implement engaging multimedia campaigns to raise awareness about fiscal issues.

This ambitious initiative is designed to empower citizens, enhance public sector accountability, and foster a culture of transparency in governance. By bridging the gap between technological innovation and policy reform, the project represents a significant step toward strengthening Lebanon’s fiscal ecosystem.

The project is implemented in partnership with Sirens Analytics and LCPS, uniting expertise in public policy, digital transformation, and civic engagement to ensure impactful and sustainable outcomes.
